As was perhaps inevitable, Maxwell’s attempt to move the moon has resulted in the summoning of a krakenish monster lord from the depths of the sea, and he doesn’t look like he’s selling cupcakes for charity. With Newton encaged and Lincoln out for the count, the only man to salvage the situation is William S. Gilbert… but WILL he? Find out in Episode 238!

It was worth a shot. Scotland did, after all, stick by Charles I after the roundheads booted him out. And Queen Vic went up there with Albert all the time without incident.
The Robot is singing to the tune of the Matter Patter from “Ruddigore.” However, repeated couplings of sixteen syllable lines also makes it fit more or less into the Major General’s song from “Pirates of Penzance” as well.

Sullivan has earned his freedom! But then there’s the little matter of James Clerk Maxwell attempting to move the moon so that William S. Gilbert can activate Nobel’s potion and thereby explode Ireland… Last we saw, Newton was stuck in a Faraday cage and Abe was a smoking heap. So…. how’s that turning out?
