We are moving at full speed again!
Frederick sure does seem to end up in prison frequently.

August is drawing to a close, and with it our Summertime Fredtacular. Albert Schweitzer passes on a few words about doing well by your fellow man, or at least would if it weren’t for the searing testicular pain…
So, come pay Frederick a last visit before he returns to full color adventure next Tuesday! He’ll appreciate the company and maybe, just maybe, you’ll feel a mite better about yourself to boot.

Is August really gone? Our August? When the sun shone on the valley of our love so new? And what now? Do we just part, and say, “Would that it were, would that it were”? Before the veranda, that might have been an option, but now… now we know each other so well that we have become strangers again… so again, what are we to become?
AWESOME, that’s what! Because starting next Tuesday, we’re back to full-color, six-panel radness, the way that dad used to do it.
In the meantime, I just have to admire Geoff’s sense of symmetry here: a comic that all but launched on Rene Descartes getting kicked in the nuts is now closing its summer arc on Albert Schweitzer getting punched in said nuts. The Circle of Life, boys … don’t hold back the tears, because you can’t.

Ah, nothing like a spot of Prussian-style jackbooted thuggery.
