Poe has very cleverly gotten himself out of being spliced into the Hawthorne-Melville monster in the works by Newton, opting instead to help Frederick harness the Power of Time in a slightly less sanguinary fashion. Meanwhile, when we last saw General Grant and Kate Warne, they were busy being overrun by the Thoremerson. Will there now be enough of them left to even carry through the plan, or was this all the standard Frederickian Grand But Diverting Waste of Time? The road to the endgame begins here, in Episode 157!
