Frederick the Great: A Most Lamentable History Breaching Space and Time.

Historically, Frederick lived to see just about everybody who had ever been close to him die before their time, and each stuck in his memory and haunted his final, lonely years. Our Frederick is blessed with being slightly less concerned with the details, so little things like the grizzly disintegration of a quarter of his bosom comrades gets lost in the mix it seems.
I am entirely lacking a smooth transition between that idea and the next, so I leave you free to make up your own here… So, the great JT Eberhard has written up a nice piece of our mutual encounter in Austin, Texas a couple weekends ago at the American Atheist 50th Anniversary Convention. Within 20 minutes of having met him, I witnessed him perform a gorgeous solo from Dr. Horrible, perform a cunning feat of prestidigitation, and be utterly charming and gracious to everybody who approached him for a bit of a chat. Basically, what I’m saying is that he’s probably in fact Neil Patrick Harris. And you should read him lots.
