I am back from a trip to Philadelphia. The function of which seemed to be gorging endlessly on the foodstuffs on my ancestors.
There are not many days that offer up the chance to have a pork roll sandwich with a side of scrapple for breakfast, so one must cherish them when they arrive. (While also being grateful that, for the sake of my functioning heart, such days are few and far between.)
I also enjoyed hoagies, soft pretzels, Tastykakes, crabcakes, cheesesteaks, and cheesesteak stromboli.
